1. GENEVA MOTOR SHOW

The Geneva Motor Show is one of the largest international motor shows and is the launchpad of many new cars every year. Since it started in 1905, it has grown phenomenally and last year saw 200 exhibitors from 30 countries, as well as 130 car and product premieres. At the 90th international motor show, visitors can see new cars and models, parts and accessories, tech and future developments, and speak to car manufacturers from around the world. Cars launched at the Geneva Motor Show include the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class, new McLaren GT and the new Audi E-Tron.

2. LONDON MOTOR SHOW

The UK’s largest car show is back! Head to ExCel London in the spring to see over 150 new cars and test drive the latest vehicles. You can also meet ‘motoring legends’ and try out the latest technology innovations. All the big car brands will be there, plus an exciting selection of historic and iconic vehicles.

3. ISLE OF MAN TT

Smell the burning rubber at the Isle of Man TT, the iconic motorsport event for motorbikes. The challenging 37-mile track, plus Mountain Course, is filled with bends, bumps, jumps and stone walls. The bikers show true skill and bravery, with speeds pushing 200mph. Join in the action on the Isle of Man, with a mix of racing and entertainment set among stunning scenery.

4. LE MANS 24 HOUR RACE

The 2020 Le Mans race will be the 88th running of the world’s most famous endurance race, held in La Sarthe on the legendary circuit. It’s the pinnacle of sports car racing featuring the best cars and famous drivers over a gruelling 24 hours. The race begins at 3pm on the Saturday and ends at the same time on the Sunday. Watch from the grandstand for a thrilling motorsport experience.

5. FORMULA 1 BRITISH GRAND PRIX

Watch the British Grand Prix in person as the Formula One season comes to Silverstone race track. The three-day weekend event is a celebration of motorsport, with some of the best cars and drivers out on the track. Real enthusiasts can book a Pit Walk to explore the cars in the pit and get up close. Or grab a seat in the grandstands to watch the action around the bends.

6. GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED

The Festival of Speed calls itself the largest and most famous of all the car shows in the calendar. Held over a long summer weekend at Goodwood Estate in Chichester, the Festival is an extravaganza to celebrate motorsport, from Edwardian classic cars right through to cutting edge supercars and F1 models. Enjoy the famous Hill Climb and supercar run for your dose of speed, and check out the real life replicas of Wacky Races cars. Plus mingle with a host of celebrity guests.

7. CARFEST NORTH AND SOUTH

This all-encompassing car show is the brainchild of Chris Evans and has two locations – North in Cheshire and South in Hampshire. It’s a true car festival, with car exhibits and races alongside live music stages, food and drink venues and fun fair rides. There’s a hill climb track show, car club displays, vintage village and Sporting Bears Dream Rides exhibit. Plus watch the colourful ‘Car’-nival Parade. All the proceeds go to Children In Need too.

8. FRANKFURT MOTOR SHOW

The autumn event sees many carmakers showing their new designs and models to the world. The international motor show is held every two years, alternating with the Paris Motor Show. See highlights from the incredible German automotive industry and explore the latest concept cars and technological ideas.

9. THE BRITISH MOTORS SHOW

Making a return for 2020 The British Motor Show combines past, present, and future into 4 days worth of car content. The very last show was in 2008, meaning the Motor show hasn't been around for 12 years now. The comeback is refreshing and surrounded by a lot of optimism, with details still being confirmed. However, we expect the full event to include the following, with reasonable ticket prices too:
