If you come into a dispute with our members here on Boredom Solved, you release us (directors, visitors, agents, offices, employees, joint ventures) from all known claims, damages or any kind whatsoever known or unknown which came from or in any way connected with any such disputes.
2. Security
By using our site, you agree to not hold up responsible for the things our users post or do. Boredom Solved does not directly handle transactions between users and cannot be held accountable. Due to the fact that most of the posts on Boredom Solved come from other users, the accuracy of what is posted or user communications, safety, legality cannot always be guaranteed.
Boredom Solved does not at any time accept liability of any descriptions in posts which could contain any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information and anything which breaches these terms and conditions. If you feel any of the material or content on Boredom Solved infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement with the following information inside below:

It is then our responsibility to:

If this continues to happen, the content will be disabled and removed from Boredom Solved. The user who provided this content will be eliminated from the website.
Procedure to Supply a Counter – Notice to the Designated Agent
If you feel that the content which was removed or access was disabled is actually not infringing the contents provider, member or the user believes they have the right to post the content from the copyright owner, the user must sent a counter – notice containing the following information to the appropriate agent below:

Once the counter notice has been received by Boredom Solved, we may replace the content which was removed or reinstate the content within 10 working days.
4. Return/Refund Policies
A package deal bought may be entitled to a refund based on complaint. If you are unsatisfied with the package deal on Boredom Solved, a written explanation is needed before a refund can be considered. The buyer must take into account the description within the package deal itself before requesting for a refund. If the package matches the description by Boredom Solved and the buyer is unsatisfied, Boredom Solved is not responsible for a refund.
5. Complaints
Any complaints towards Boredom Solved may be sent to our support team at info@boredomsolved.co.uk. There is no guarantee of a resolution, however, each case will be look at individually and you will be contacted.
6. Legalities
I. No partnership, agency, employee-employer, venture relationships are created from agreeing with these Terms.
II. Any claims or disputes against Boredom Solved must and will be resolved by the counts of England and Wales.
