HEPATIC

Highly digestible, liver supporting dietary food for cats

Primary or secondary gastro-enteritis

Liver insufficiency

Growth (suited for kittens)

Information

Supports fat-metabolism by high levels of lipotropic substances (i.e. lecithin, choline).

Operating instructions

Advised period of use is 6 months in case of liver-insufficiency and 3-12 weeks for other dietary problems. After this period TROVET Hepatic can be applied for life as a complete dietary food.

Information

Assists the kidneys in regulating the water and electrolyte balance in the body and in the blood and the removal of unusable metabolites.

High biological value of the protein results in a low amount of residual amino acids.

Operating instructions

Advised duration for use of TROVET Renal & Oxalate is at least 6 months. After this period TROVET Renal & Oxalate can be applied for life as a complete dietary food.

URINARY STRUVITE

Indications

Urolithiasis caused by struvite

Recurring struvite formation

Contra-Indications

Kittens, Pregnant and lactating bitches

Cats that currently receive a full dose urinary acidifiers

Cats with uroliths which are not composed of struvite

Information

The low potassium level will help to keep the urinal pH at low levels.

Magnesium is at a safe low level, ensuring that long term preventive use causes no risk of hypomagnesemia.

Limits the uptake of minerals that lead to the formation of struvite.

Operating instructions

A treatment of 6-8 weeks with TROVET Urinary Struvite after a struvite-related problem prevents recurrence and promotes a full recovery of the lower urinary tract. After this period TROVET Urinary Struvite can be applied for life as a complete dietary food.
